COMMUNITY REVIEWS

A Book for the Ages submitted by Beth Manuel on June 14, 2013, 1:14pm This was a powerful, emotional story of a Iraq war veteran who has to live with the consequences of decisions he made before and during battle. The descriptive language paints a picture of the horror and despair that soldiers contend with while at War. The author, Kevin Powers, is himself an Iraq War Veteran. This book is one that should forever remind us of the price of war and the how far reaching the loss of human lives are to us all.
