An early-morning frost covers weeds near the powerhouse at Barton Dam Monday as fog rolled through the area. By this morning, a layer of fresh snow and temperatures in the 30s made the weather feel normal again after a frigid weekend. The forecast, however, calls for falling temperatures and flurries through the week, with the frigid temperatures returning by Saturday.
