A Michigan flag, which has flown over the state Capitol Building in Lansing, and an American flag from the Ann Arbor Chamber of Commerce were presented yesterday in City Hall to Carlton Bell (center), commander of the French Dukes Drill team: James Crawford (left center), exalted ruler of Elks Pratt Lodge, sponsor of the drill team, and Sgt.
