Out Of The Blocks. Milan High's Ty Tillman breaks out of the starting blocks running during a practice session. Tillman is one of the best sprinters in the Southeastern Conference and he has been responsible for many of the points scored by the Big Reds this season. He has run the 100-yard dash in :10.3 and the 220-yard dash in :22.7.
