Miss Rhoda Thatch, a student teacher from the University, conducts an English class at Ann Arbor's Forsythe Junior High School. In the foreground is videotape equipment being used this semester for an experimental project by the University's School of Education. Called the Student Teacher Videotape Training Project, it aims to determine the feasibility of using videotaping at the University as an aid for live supervision of student teachers in the classroom. Miss Thatch's class here is being taped and can be seen on the small television screen. (Ann Arbor News photo by Jack Stubbs).
