'TOM THUMB WEDDING' AT MANCHESTER: One of the features of the program of Manchester annual Community Fair yesterday and today is a "Tom Thumb Wedding" presented by children from the kindergarten and primary rooms of the school, under the direction of Miss Arlene Rosencrants, aided by the grade teachers. The "wedding" will be given tonight in the Civic auditorium.
