MAN FOUND MURDERED: Dell Cain, 36, of 610 S. Huron St., Ypsilanti, was found at 11:20 a.m. yesterday, dead from a knife wound inflicted by an unidentified person in Willow Village about nine hours earlier. Undersheriff Charles W. Officers theorized Cain, dying from loss of blood, passed out while driving on MacArthur. The vehicle hit a large stone in the field, and the impact apparently threw the stabbing victim from the car. An Ypsilanti man is being sought for questioning in connection with the case, Fuller said.
