The Village, a large rental housing project, is identifiable by the curving roads. Pittsfield Park, a community of some 100 houses, is toward the upper left in the photo. A string of businesses have located in the area to service these residents. Other businesses and light industries have located in the township because of its proximity to Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti.
