FOR HIGHWAY SAFETY: This striking poster showing a smiling school girl in bright yellow frock, standing in the path of a speeding car, with the dark hand of death outstretched, has been placed on Stadium Blvd. at Barnard Heights by the Ann Arbor Association of Insurance Agents as a feature of the highway safety campaign. Inspecting the poster yesterday were, left to right: Joseph W. Mundus, Lyle Thayer, resident of the insurance agents, Julius Haarer, E. Haas, Walter W.
