Many Ann Arbor girls will be heading back to college next month pocketing tuition money earned through summer employment. In her work for the Ann Arbor-Washtenaw Council of Churches, 18-year-old Becky Piper, daughter of the Rev. and Mrs. Ralph B. Piper of Brockman Blvd., helps roll out the welcome mat for students participating in the council-sponsored "Youth for Understanding" program.
