Peace Pilgrimage
Russell Payeur (left) and Richard Payeur, members of the Ann Arbor Knights of Columbus, lead the processional of the Pilgrim Virgin statue, Our Lady of Fatima, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. The statue arrived at the church last Sunday as part of a 21-day peace pilgrimage throughout southeastern Michigan. Celebrating the closing of the Golden Jubilee year of Our Lady of Fatima, Pope Paul VI blessed the statue in October, 1967.
