The palm trees and sandy beaches of Puerto Rico aren't quite so far away when Connie and Robert Amick have a Puerto Rican casserole, pineapple sundae or Three Kings' Bread. These recipes are souvenirs of their honeymoon on this West Indian island. Eighteen-month old Jack helps himself to a candied cherry jewel on the bread while two-month-old brother Steve wishes he were big enough for the slice his mother cuts.
