THE NAVY SAYS 'WELL DONE': King-Seeley Corp. received extra reward for its war production efforts yesterday afternoon when Rear-Admiral William Carleton Watts, USN (retired) Washington, D. C. presented the firm with the Navy 'E' for excellence pennant.
