Spaciousness Emphasized: To help get the "graciousness of spaciousness," Prof. and Mrs. R. Lee Brummet called for a large, open foyer (in background, left) and high ceiling in the 30-foot-long living room of their new, multi-level home at 2410 Londonderry Rd. This space is on the third level. The main entry is on the second (ground) level and opens onto a foyer and wide staircase to the foyer area off the living room. The house has nine rooms containing a total of about 2,600 square feet.
