INCOME AND OUTGOING OFFICERS: Bruce L. McDougall, Detroit (left), served as grand master of the grand lodge of Odd Fellows this past year and was succeeded today by Dr. Philip A. Callahan of Detroit (right), director of the state social security bureau in Lansing. The new officers were installed at the closing grand lodge session this afternoon in Masonic temple.
