PAINT CITY SCENE: These two members of Prof. Frede Vidar's private art class paint scenes taking in the old business places on E. Ann St. across from the County Building parking lot. The class, which is composed of local doctors, lawyers, businessmen, housewives, and others who study painting as a hobby, meets from 1 to 5:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Saturdays in two groups. Prof. Vidar teaches art at the University.
