Class B Runner-Up Will Try Again: James McLeod, 715 Miner St., has made a few alterations in his Soap Box racer used last year and is already for the third annual Derby to be held July 23. Jimmy reached the Class B Finals last year. After defeating Wilfred Bonnewell, Billy Robey and Ted Schneider, McLeod was beaten in the Class B finals by Allan Crandall. As he is only 12 years old, Jimmy again will compete in Class B this year while Crandall moves up into Class A.
