He'll Be In Derby For Third Time: Richard Schneider, 13 years old, of 1332 S. Main St., will compete in the local Soap Box Derby for the third time on Saturday, July 23. He has rebuilt his racing car, shown above, for this year's race. Dick was a Class B semi-finalist in both 1936 and 1937. This year he is 13 and will compete in Class A. In 1936 he won two races before losing in the semi-finals. Last year he won from Wendell Bonnewell and David Vaughn before losing to Jim McLeo in the semi-finals.
