STUDENTS HEAR OLYMPIC CHAMPION: Ann Arbor high students played host to one of America's outstanding woman athletes yesterday when Miss Betty Robinson, shown at the right in conversation with Bob Westfall, visited the school and addressed the assembly on "The All-American girl."
Miss Robinson was a member of the United States Olympic team in 1928 and again in 1936. She missed the 1932 games in California because of injuries incurred in an airplane accident. Her greatest thrill, she told students yesterday, came when she won the 100-meter dash at Amsterdam in 1928 against the best competition the nations of the world had to offer.
