TIED FOR TITLE: Dundee high's Vikings, shown above, tied for the Huron league baseball title with Lincoln Consolidated's Rail-Splitters, each team winning seven out of eight games played. In a field day game staged yesterday at Ypsilanti, Lincoln won by a score of 3-2 after an extra inning of play.
Many of the boys shown in the above picture were on the Dundee teams which won Huron league football and basketball titles last fall and the tennis title this spring. University high broke the Vikings monopoly in track yesterday, however, winning the title with a record number of points, 48.
