Making Plans: Making final plans for next Thursday's "Speak Out" session are eight members of the Ann Arbor Community Center Teen Council. The Teen Council is sponsoring the meeting. The goal of the Speak Out is to create a dialogue among local teenagers and adults on issues important to community relations.
