Mr. and Mrs. Henry Brooks, former residents of Novi and Northville, now living on Pittman Rd., Augusta township, are today celebrating their 62nd wedding anniversary. They are shown above in the living room of their farm home.
The Brooks have one daughter, Lucille, who lives with the aged couple; and four sons, Albert, Oregon; B. H., Jackson; David, Washington; and Dan who owns a grocery story in Ypsilanti.
Mrs. Brooks does her own housework despite her 84 years. Her husband, still active, is 86 years old.
