YOUNGEST IN TOURNAMENT: Suzanne Kessler, 14-year-old is the youngest player competing in the women's city tournament this week at the Municipal but she is more than holding her own against her older rivals.
She was sixth down the list among the qualifiers with 97, won her opening match yesterday, 6 to 5. She had the satisfaction of qualifying three strokes under her mother, Mrs. Alfreda Kessler. She qualified for the semi-finals this morning by defeating Esther Folk, 3 and 2.
