PLANS APPROVED FOR NEW HEALTH SERVICE CENTER: This architect's sketch shows how the new University Health Service building, fronting on Twelfth St., will appear when complete about Jan. 1. It is styled to harmonize with the Dental building wing being erected just to the south on the same street. Piles are being driven at the present time to support the foundation for the Health Service.
