PARKING PROBLEM EASED: Construction of the West Quadrangle of University men's dormitorites this year also brought with it razing of several buildings and laying out of this new parking lot at E. Jefferson and Thompson Sts., considerably alleviating the parking problem at the busy Michigan Union.
