The new office of the Michigan Eye Collection Center at University Hospital was ready in time for this week's observance of National Eye Bank Week. On the wall is a map locating the 34 substations of the state network which promotes and coordinates the donation of eyes to be used in corneal transplant operations at U-M Medical Center for preserving or restoring sight. At left is a plastic container used to transport eyes.
