DISCUSS SOME LEGAL PROBLEMS: Rep. Henry M. Jackson (D), Wash., (right) and Dean E. Blythe Stason of the University Law School discuss some legal problems at the Law School's Institute on legal and industrial aspects of atomic energy which ended Saturday. Speaking at a luncheon Saturday noon, Rep. Jackson predicted that an electric power-producing atomic reactor could be built by 1954 if the decision were made now.
