Louis H. Hollway, city recreation director, will direct a six-week Volunteer Leaders Institute to train both young and adult youth leaders in handling youth recreation. The institute, sponsored by the Ann Arbor Council of Social Agencies, is scheduled to start Feb. 24 in Ann Arbor High School.
