Sitting at a desk in a small room just off the New York Central depot waiting room is P. H. Moss, 54, who has been a telegrapher for the railroad for nearly 45 years. Moss keeps in touch with Detroit and Jackson train dispatchers by special telephonic and teletype communication. He is due to retire this summer.
