Mrs. Reed M. Nesbit, wife of Dr. Nesbit of the University hospital staff, who has been a member of the board of directors of the Angell school PTA, was appointed by members of the board of education last night to fill the unexpired term of Mrs. William G. Dow. Mrs. Dow resigned from the board last month because she is no longer living in the city, and Mrs. Nesbit will serve in her position until the next school election.
