SAVED BY FIREMEN: This house, owned by Mrs. Nancy Ashley, at 849 Brookwood Pl., is just west of the Guthe residence which was destroyed by flames. Firemen, pouring water on the sides of the Ashley home, saved it and another home alongside the Guthe dwelling.
