George Miura, special instructor at the University, has bought a $1,000 E Bond, "To help destroy Japanese militarism." He left Japan in 1917 because of his hatred for the Japanese way of life and his love of democracy, and has lived in the United States ever since. He and his wife live at 1221 Willard St.
