Paint Job - Layers of old paint are being scraped off the walls of the historic Kempf House, 312 S. Division St., by student workers funded under the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act. The repainting work is closely supervised by a skilled tradesman and there is no danger of damage to the historic museum, built in 1850, according to Wystan Stevens, city historian. The museum is open to visitors by appointment only.
