NEW CITIZENS - Daniel and Samantha Kachel, originally from Columbia, South American, raised their hands and were sworn in as citizens of the United States Wednesday during naturalization ceremonies held in the County Building. Giving them a hand with their citizenship oath is their father, Theodore Kachel, of 1425 Culver.
