GROWING PAINS - Excavation of the basement area of Raja Rani at the corner of Division and East William streets is part of a $150,000 project to triple seating capacity in the restaurant which specializes in Indian cuisine. The enlarged basement of the 125-year-old structure will be used for group meetings and entertainment as well as for additional dining space.
