The final weekend of February--Black History Month--was marked by Ypsilantians by art and folktales. Julia McCoy, top, shows a collection of about 20 pieces of African art to Parkridge Community Center director Ken Miller at the Black History Fair at Center Saturday. More than 200 attended the fair.
