
LIBRARIANS ELECT FRANCES HANNUM
Local Woman Named By State Association
Miss Frances A. Hunnum, head librarian of the Ann Arbor Public Library since 1928, was elected president of the Michigan Library Association in mail balloting, results of which were announced yesterday at the Tri-State Librarians Conference in Milwaukee.
Miss Hannum was chosen as a member of the association’s executive board last year.
Named as vice-president for the coming year was Jeanne Griffin of Kalamazoo and as secretary-treasurer, Miss Helen Cooper of Flint.
