FLIERS BOOST CHARTER: The job of distributing 15,000 fliers asking a "yes" vote on the proposed new charter at the April 4 election was begun yesterday by the Ann Arbor League of Women Voters. Mrs. Clyde H. Coombs of 1444 Ferdon Rd., president of the league, is shown here handing out a flier to a passerby. Copies will be distributed throughout the city beginning Monday.
