In Film Case y

Today's scheduled sentencing
3f Mary E. Barkey, a Universi-
ty coed who pleaded guilty in
the "Flaming Creatures" jury
trial last Tuesday, was ad-
journed until Jan. 8.

At that time, charges are ex-
pected to be dismissed against
Hubert Cohen, Ellen Frank and
Elliot Barden—the other mem-

Miss Barkey told the judge at
the time of her plea that she

c showing and that "I didn't
think it was obscene then. But
in view of the New York case
and what the prosecuting attor-
ney has said in the courtroom,
I am. pleading guilty."

Miss Barkey referred involved
the convictions of three persons
who had previewed the film and
arranged its showing in a New

her attorney, members of her
