CIRCUS TIME

Royal Hanneford Circus lion trainer Ron Holiday acclimates his 12-year-old African black panther to life under the circus tent Thursday after the circus rolled into Ann Arbor for a weekend stand. Although Holiday has been performing with the circus for nearly six years, this is the first time the animals will join him in a performance under the tent. The circus celebration kicks off at noon today with a parade through downtown Ann Arbor. Performances at the Ann Arbor Municipal Airport are set for Saturday and Sunday.
