Read by Karen White.
Every day we experience the uncertainty, risks, and emotional exposure that define what it means to be vulnerable, or to dare greatly. Whether the arena is a new relationship, an important meeting, our creative process, or a difficult family conversation, we must find the courage to walk into vulnerability and engage with our whole hearts. In Daring Greatly, Dr. Brown challenges everything we think we know about vulnerability. Based on twelve years of research, her book argues that vulnerability is not weakness but rather our clearest path to courage, engagement, and meaningful connection.

me submitted by nicenora2371 on July 12, 2013, 6:03pm i like the cover how they made it all different colors

Worth it submitted by lballard on June 17, 2015, 10:30am Good message, that we should all not be afraid to try, and to be vulnerable to craft win win situations. The author was a bit wordy and self aggrandizing. Still, it's worth reading. The person used to read it aloud had a really annoying manner though. I would suggest reading it instead of getting the CD

Excellent Read submitted by caburr47 on June 24, 2021, 8:38pm This was my first Brene Brown read. I'm so glad that it was. Her message and points are excellent and validating. She shines light on issues that everyone faces without judgement, but with interest on helping self improvement (without being preachy).
