Good Preview for Purchase submitted by krogers on June 12, 2020, 7:06pm Lots of potential uses, and I did in fact buy one after checking this out a couple of times. Very useful in combination with Garageband for recording solos/riffs and otherwise playing around with musical ideas (on guitar, at least, but I assume it would work that way for other instruments as well. Has 2 line inputs, so you can, e.g., use a vocal microphone and guitar at the same time. Not sure how it works with newer Macs, but works great with a USB cable plugged into an older Macbook Pro. Make sure when you buy, though, that you get all the right cables & connectors! Standalones and various packages don't necessarily have the right ones.
