The Independent Living (IL) Program of Michigan's Bureau of Services for Blind Persons (BSBP) is a federal-state partnership providing services to Michigan residents age 55 and older who are visually impaired. Program participants are individuals whose severe visual impairment requires services that allow the participant to maintain their independence in their home.

Join BSBP staff for an overview of this program, including eligibility requirements, what to expect once you’re involved, and to hear about the success others have experienced by participating.
