'Gift of Verna and Kelly Goss and dedicated by former President Gerald R. Ford in November 1982. Mr. Goss was a fraternity brother of Ford’s when both were in school at U-M. This sculpture was commissioned for this site. Known for his kinetic works, Rickey created this piece so that the triangles move elegantly and quietly in the breeze.'
