Description
'"Vue"- the french word for view, vista or scene-pays homage to the French alliance with the indigenous people of the Huron River region. Solitary or conversational seats, Canoe-vue allows people to sit, relax and for a moment ponder the trees, plants, river and wildlife of the local environment. These "visual and sound resonators" allow the viewer inside the shape to take in the visual elements in form of the piece and serve as sound collectors that resonate inside the curved shape.'
