Sewing Lab

Join us for an evening of sewing. We will have our lab’s machines set up and staff will be on hand to show you the basics. You can bring a project you’ve been working on, or just stop by to practice your stitches. All skill levels welcome. No prior knowledge is necessary.

Soldering Lab

With our easy-to-learn soldering tools, you can create your own LED badge! We have a variety of different kits available, including our new Secret Lab logo that you can light up!

Due to the use of soldering irons, we recommend that children be accompanied by an adult.

Intro to Fly Tying

Fly tying is the process of using natural and synthetic materials to create realistic insect lures, or flies, for the purpose of fishing. But even if you aren't planning on hitting the river, the process can be enjoyable, artistic, and rewarding. Join us for an introductory session and tie your own flies.

This session will be led by members of the Ann Arbor Chapter of Trout Unlimited.
