Join the Sakura Japanese Instrumental Group for a mini concert of festival and folk music followed by a Bon Dance. Bon Festivals celebrate life and bring community together. After the performance, join in on the interactive dance. Participants will learn a simple series of moves to be performed standing or seated and dance along with the musicians!

Did you know that Ruthven Nature Area is an excellent example of glacial terrain? The topography of the park includes both a kame and a kettle area. Come join NAP and the Ann Arbor District Library to explore what those terms mean, and learn more about the habitats and diversity of Ruthven at a nature walk!

Inklings are back to splat more ink and claim more turf in Nintendo’s colorful and chaotic smash hit! Are you and your four-player squid squad willing to get your tentacles inky for glory?! Dive into the ink at your library!

And that's not all! Stick around for a special bonus round featuring multiplayer battles hand-picked from a variety of vintage and recent video games, sure to please any competitive appetite.

Lace up your BOOts and join AADL and Natural Area Preservation for an autumn nature hike in the beautiful, wooded Marshall Nature Area. Featuring oaks, hickories, maples and beeches along gently rolling hills, this park is a great place to experience a variety of fall floral favorites and perhaps catch a glimpse of the tail end of some avian migration.

Join AADL for a nature walk with Natural Area Preservation! A patch of dry prairie can be found along the railroad tracks at Bandemer Park, where sparks from passing trains occasionally ignited wildfires that maintained this open habitat. It is now home to tall grasses and goldenrods.
