Dr. William R. Mann (left), dean of the University's School of Dentistry, and Dr. James E. Harris of the school's faculty, examine X-rays of the ancient Egyptian pharaoh and queen mummies the U-M and the University of Alexandria will present to the Egyptian Museum. Harris will leave Ann Arbor today for Egypt to make the presentation. Dental researchers from the U-M and the University of Alexandria, headed by Harris, made the first X-rays of the royal mummies in Cairo during the period from December, 1966, to January, 1967. The X-rays were brought back to Ann Arbor for study.
