cool submitted by edwardvielmetti on August 23, 2012, 11:13pm The Monotron Delay is a cool little analog synth with a delay loop. I was able to get it to reliably generate sounds that reminded me of the rumble of frogs or crickets. You should be able to play around with it and get out all sorts of weird nifty effects that I'm not even sure how you'd start to try to generate on a big old computer.

fun.

fun effects submitted by bfields on September 20, 2012, 9:45pm Lots of neat sounds. Fun to plug other stuff into it and experiment. (Check out some of the other toys and plug them into the "aux" port; you'll need some cables, not included.)

The one little keyboard covers several octaves, so don't expect to be able to get specific reliable pitches out of it.

As with the other monotrons the headphone output is pretty noisy.

Cute!

Portable submitted by ddorsey11 on July 14, 2016, 10:42am Great portability! i enjoyed playing this with the other monotron keyboards in the forest with no additional equipment needed. Made for some great field recordings :)

Really long delays possible submitted by Murtasma on September 25, 2017, 8:21am You can get some delays with really long tails on them. I used this as a send fx on my mixer to add delay to other instruments. I just wish there was a bit less noise. I like the noise it adds charm but I think it's a bit too much.

Monotron Delay submitted by Varshini on July 3, 2019, 2:43pm This made so many cool sounds. I like how it's really easy and portable.
