Local crafter Beth Battey will teach you how to make a cool chain mail twist bracelet, using links, pliers and patience!
This project will take the entire program time to complete.
This is a time for babies up to 24 months and their grown-ups to gather and play. The Library will provide the space and a variety of toys. Each playgroup includes 15 minutes of stories, rhymes and songs followed by open playtime. Parents/guardians must remain with their children. No older siblings, please.
Come to the library for a relaxing evening of soft music and puzzles.

Great fiction starts with the heroes and heroines we love. To bring those characters to life on the page, the author must craft heroes and heroines as real as the people we know. In this workshop, Bethany Neal and Alex Kourvo will show you how to understand your characters deeply and portray them on the page authentically so readers will love them too.

Babies who have not yet learned to walk and their caregivers are invited to join for a relaxing hour of interactive toys, on-the-ground play, and interaction with other families. This is a drop-in program with no performance aspect perfect for young babies practicing tummy time, learning to roll over, and beginning to be interested in other people.
